Prof. Dr. Abdul Sattar Shaker Salman serves as Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at Al-Mansour University College in Baghdad and is a member of the College Council. He oversees scientific and research affairs, academic promotions and scholarly activity, contributing to the quality of teaching and research at the college.
